This year's long anticipated stomp has arrived. Save it, compare it to previous vintages, or just slam it. Sierra Nevada Brewing has also gone Green. For starters, they create high-grade ethanol fuel from discarded beer yeast which will be called E-Fuel. The brewery has launched their “Wild Rivers” campaign to help keep our waterways clean and healthy. Sierra Nevada also makes methane gas (CH4) from brewery waste products, kind of like you after a few. Oh, they also have a 1.3 megawatt solar system installed along with a 1MW fuel cell, and a 500 kW solar array shade structure in its parking lot! What are you doing for the environment dork? Don't worry, the color of their brews aren't green....yet. |

'Dirty Bastard' is a creation of beauty to behold! Ruby in color, with a complex finish that will give you that much needed hopiness when the time calls. The 'Devil Dancer' Triple IPA is as subtle as a triple IPA can get. A rich almost golden sugar hue cascades gently down the glass, and at the same time allowing a delicate balance of aromas arise. Smells like a thick chocolate and vanilla malt combo. Well, that's what someone said anyways. Also, the "Breakfast Stout" is now in! |
